Return and Cancellation Policy


Not satisfied with your order?

We would love to hear how we can improve our service and are happy to assist you.

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is unused. If the product is defective, you may instead send a clear photo of the defect to our customer service team. After approval of the photo, we can in most cases resolve the issue without requiring the product to be returned.

Refunds are processed within five (5) business days after we have received the return or approved the documentation via photo.


Exceptions

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Beauty and hygiene products

  • Items purchased during sales or with other discounts


Returns

Returns are sent by post. You have up to 14 days to:

  • Exchange a product for a different size or color, or

  • Request a refund

Always contact us first via email at info@svedora.com to receive the correct return address. As we use multiple distribution centers, we determine from which warehouse your order was shipped.


Important Information for Returns

  • Pack the product carefully, preferably in its original packaging

  • Include a note with your order number

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

  • Always request a tracking number when sending the package

Shipping & Handling

We collaborate with carefully selected international suppliers to offer a wide range of products at competitive prices. Therefore, orders are shipped directly from our partner warehouses.

Delivery Time

The average delivery time is 9–15 business days, depending on the product, destination, and local postal handling. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping

Your order is carefully packed and shipped via reliable logistics partners. In some cases, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments so that products reach you faster.

  • We do our utmost to process orders as quickly as possible

  • International shipping may affect delivery times

  • Any delays due to customs or the carrier are beyond our control


Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@svedora.com.
If the cancellation is made within 24 hours, a full refund will be issued. After this period, the order must be returned in accordance with the return policy.


Shipping Costs

Any return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, any original shipping costs may be deducted.

The delivery time for an exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

We always recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
